Interpersonal communication in organizational transitions

Set in the aftermath of the financial crisis, this case study focuses on leadership communication in the context of organizational change. Students explore the psychological aspects of downsizing and the differences between one-way and two-way communication as well as the advantages and shortcomings of both forms of communication in the context of organizational transition.
